Real Price Radar
Your observed portfolio, SKU by SKU and chain by chain where the data
suffice: the median price people paid at the till, gaps between
chains, each banner's price index over your basket and deviations
from your intended price architecture. Chains are named where the agreed report scope, data-governance rules and sample thresholds permit it.
Answers: where is my product paid below or above the positioning I intend? Which chains show persistent deviations? Does my suggested price survive the till?
Real example from the panel: for one matched branded disinfectant SKU, observed paid prices ranged from $3.92 to $10.30 across 11 chains, a 163% gap between the lowest and highest chain-level price.

Category Panel
Tracked-spend share, penetration, reach versus value and a
brand-switching matrix in your category: your brand against the
observed rivals and private label that meet the sample thresholds,
with aggregated shopper demographics.
Answers: am I winning wallets or only value? Who is taking my buyers and where are they going?
Real example from the panel: in a baby category, the leading brand by observed spend reached 43% of the consented profiles its principal rival reaches. Put differently, the rival reaches 2.3 times as many panel profiles.

Wallet Leakage
The panel shoppers who visit you, also seen at the other chains where
they shop: what share of their observed supermarket spend you capture,
which chains they overlap with, the missions they visit you with, and
the categories they buy elsewhere.
Answers: who really is "my" shopper within the panel? Which competitors capture the largest share of their observed spend? Which areas warrant deeper location analysis?
Real example from the panel: a leading observed chain retained 15.7% of its qualifying panel shoppers as chain-exclusive during the measured window.

Launch Tracker
An independent early read of your launch, without waiting for each
retailer's sell-out: in which observed chains it appeared in accepted
panel invoices, at what paid price it is selling, who buys it and
whether they buy it again.
Answers: is observed presence tracking the agreed rollout? Did the introductory price survive the till? Is there early repeat?
When you start seeing data: observation starts with the first qualifying invoice that enters the panel. Client reporting starts once the agreed minimum transaction, profile and disclosure thresholds are met.
For distributors · quarterly

with independent observed evidence: shopper reach, velocity,

SKUs that qualify.
Answers: how do I back my execution with independent data? Which portfolio brand deserves more investment?
Delivery scope: observed coverage across 15+ chains that meet the agreed thresholds, with paid price per matched SKU and the window stated in each delivery.

Custom studies and licensing
We design the analysis around your question on the panel. We license approved aggregated statistical outputs to research firms and agencies: tables and series of aggregates that meet the disclosure floors. We never hand over raw profile-level or invoice-level data. Everything runs under the applicable consent, contract, privacy and disclosure controls. Plus special series (tax or
price-control effects, format migration, seasonality), hypothesis
validations and academic or press collaborations.
If your question fits on an invoice, we can probably measure it.
Tell us the question. Within 1 to 2 business days we tell you whether the panel has the coverage and sample depth to measure it. If it does not, we say so before quoting. Write to us ›
